We’ve personally spent an entire day refreshing RedMart app, waiting for a slot, just to give up and head to the supermarket instead.
As the UK goes into lockdown and people are asked to stay at home, many are turning to home deliveries from supermarkets to stock up on essentials.
But as Asda, Tesco, Ocado, Morrisons and more manage an unprecedented demand for online shopping, getting a delivery slot for many has proved difficult.
Customers across the UK want to know when delivery slots are made available or released, as well as if any supermarkets have special measures for the elderly and vulnerable.
Here's everything you need to know about supermarkets and their delivery slots.
Ocado
The online supermarket updated fans on Twitter and outlined what they were doing to manage the extra demand.
Ocado said: 'We stopped taking new customers in early March, turned off our app, and suspended our webshop for two days for two days to get it ready for the coming weeks.
'Last week we prioritised a number of vulnerable customers and our loyal Smart Pass members, and delivered to over 250,000 homes.'
When it comes to releasing delivery slots, Ocado said: 'Please check ocado.com for the latest information. Once we can confirm the availability of personal shoppers and drivers, we will release new delivery slots.
'These new slots will be released every day for the coming week, as and when we have capacity.'

Currently, the website states it has no available delivery slots, but Morrisons has said it's 'doing everything it can to increase the number of delivery slots and capacity it can accomodate.'
Morrisons said: 'If you want to edit an order already placed which has a delivery date outside 72 hours, please wait.'
Adding: 'All our online delivery slots are shown on the website. Our contact centre have no further slots. We are working very hard to increase more slot availability.'
Asda
When it comes to delivery slot availability the website states: 'We’re working hard to ensure we have delivery slots available for as many customers as we can.
'Understandably the demand for online shopping is exceptionally high at present. If you are struggling to book a slot, please check back later as we are working on increasing our capacity.
'During this busy time, we'll only show slots for the next 2 weeks. Existing orders are not affected.'
Those self-isolating should add the information into their delivery instructions.
Asda said: 'We’ll check your delivery instructions to find out if you are self-isolating. Your order will be prebagged so the driver can leave your order on your doorstep or in the communal area of your flats.
'Once the delivery is complete, our driver will alert you by ringing the doorbell or calling you. Please check your phone number is correct in advance of your delivery. With age restricted products you may be asked to show you are over 25 through the window or open door at a 2 metre distance.'
Tesco
Tesco has expanded its home delivery and click and collect services after a surge in demand in the face of the coronavirus pandemic.
The supermarket giant said it has grown its delivery and collection capacity to around 780,000 slots this week, up from 660,000 slots two weeks ago, with plans to increase this by another 100,000 in the coming weeks.
It added more than 200 new vans and recruited another 2,500 drivers and over 5,000 pickers, as part of the delivery expansion.
The Tesco website states: 'Our stores have a limited number of delivery slots which are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
'Due to recent increased customer demand, our slots are being booked up faster than normal.
'Our stores also offer Click+Collect slots which may be suitable for you if you’re still looking to place an order. You can also book a slot in advance and add a few items to your basket to secure it, which you can go back and update later.'
Marks and Spencer
M&S has temporarily suspended its home deliveries on its Food to Order service.
The website states: 'In light of the current situation caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend our Food to Order service.
'This is to allow our suppliers to focus on delivering essential items to help us feed the nation.'
M&S will however, honour all existing orders.
Iceland
The supermarket has a brand new message that will alert customers and ask them if they fall into a certain catergory for their online shop.
It reads: 'We understand this is a worrying time, but many of our customers are elderly, vulnerable or self-isolating and are unable to get to our stores to buy their essential products.
'This means that we're temporarily limiting online orders to customers who are over state pension age, self-isolating and other vulnerable people, such as the disabled. If you aren't over state pension age and can get to one of our stores, we kindly ask that you use our Store Locator to find your local Iceland and complete your shop there.
'We're working hard to add as many delivery slots as possible, however demand is currently very high. Please note that due to continued high demand in our stores, customers may still be missing items in their online orders.
'We'll be in contact to let you know when online deliveries are back to normal.'
Sainsbury's
The supermarket is currently not accepting any new online registrations and is prioritising the elderly and most vulnerable for deliveries.
In a statement to customers, CEO Mike Coupe said: 'Many of you have written to me to tell me you are elderly or vulnerable and are struggling to book online delivery slots. We are doing our absolute best to offer online delivery slots to elderly, disabled and vulnerable customers. These customers have priority over all slots.'

He added: 'I apologise to our regular online customers, who I know are feeling very frustrated at not being able to book slots. Please bear with us and I hope you can understand why we feel the need to prioritise elderly and vulnerable customers at the moment.'
